Update! In 2022, one of the biggest features updates was Encrypted and Unlimited graphs. While an encrypted graph gives you (and the collaborators you share your password with) total privacy, the fact that you can now have unlimited graphs allows you to keep information siloed to your convenience.

You could have your company in a different graph, all of your highlights or even huge documents like the bible, in Roam format, without interfering with your personal or daily graph.
